Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in Fort Worth
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus returns to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth on. The production brings its modern circus spectacle to a city with a strong tradition of live entertainment, offering families and circus fans an arena-scale show featuring acrobatics, aerial performance and daredevil acts.
Known for generations as “The Greatest Show on Earth,” the circus traces its roots to 1871. The Ringling and Barnum & Bailey operations merged in 1919, building a legacy that made the name one of the most recognizable in American entertainment. After closing in 2017, the production relaunched in 2023 as an animal-free touring show, updated for contemporary audiences.
The current performance features acrobats, aerialists, contortionists, motorcycle daredevils and international circus artists. Arena staging, aerial rigging, LED lighting and video elements support a succession of acts across the performance space. The show runs approximately two hours, including one intermission. The circus has one listed 2026 event at Dickies Arena; specific details about earlier Fort Worth dates are not available.

Venue and Seating Information
Dickies Arena provides an indoor setting for the circus's full-arena format, which uses aerial rigging and multiple performance areas. Seating choice can shape the view: lower-level seats may feel close to the action, while elevated sections can offer a broader perspective on acts taking place across the arena. Exact sightlines depend on the event's staging and the seat location.
Because aerial acts use height as well as floor space, consider both the view of the performance area and the overhead rigging when selecting seats. Accessible seating is available at arena venues, and visitors with specific access needs should confirm arrangements with the venue before attending.
